Architectural Elevation
- Building plans, sometimes referred to as blueprints, are a thorough collection of 2D drawings that depict a proposed building project, whether it be a development or redevelopment. The blueprints may also be referred to as home plans if the building is intended to be used as a residence.
- Walls, partitions, floors, columns, stairs, windows, doors, window and door call-outs, and room designations are all components of architectural drawings.
- Elevation drawings are extremely helpful when designing items or spaces like bathroom vanities, fireplaces, bars, or locations with built-in cabinetry, such as entertainment spaces or commercial spaces, yet they are not necessarily necessary for every redecorating or restoration project.
